First of all You want to make sure your business information shows on google. For this you have to sign up on “Google my business”. It is a free service which will maintain your business information online.

A form will generate allowing you to fill up all the important information like business-name, country, street address, city, state, zip-code, business phone number, category etc . Check the boxes and click on the continue option. You will finally receive a unique code emailed to your registered email within 48 hours which you will need to verify.
It’s best not to make any changes to your business, once you have requested a verification code. when you actually receive the code and verify your business identification, you can make any changes then, otherwise during verification you will have to resubmit the form again.
When you are filling up the form, make sure that your business details are all correct. It will save time from going back and forth if any changes need to be made.
